New Beginnings

There has been a lot of change in my life recently.  I've known it's been looming but now I'm in the thick of it I feel a little out my depth.

I have a new job, it's wonderful and incredible and I love every second but on top of all the other change it's a little too much. I'm moving house, my nan is not very well and I'm expected to retain so much new information at work.

I'll get through it though.

I have more exciting news to report! I've just invested (from my first paycheck) in a SLR film camera and I'm very excited to try it out (and name it!) next week when it is due to arrive. The purpose of the investment is to force me to focus my photography more, I tend to simply point and snap at everything with my digital because i know I can, hopefully this way I'll have to take more time over each shot and theoretically produce higher quality and lower quantity photos.
That's the plan anyway.
